Refund policy

At CH Home Collection, every candle is thoughtfully hand poured and carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to making things right if an issue arises.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items that meet the following requirements:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in new, resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Burned or used candles
Discovery Sets
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to improper use or storage

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CH Home Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
